This Privacy Policy explains how Market Movers Agency LLC (“Market Movers,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit mktmovers.com and related pages (the “Site”), contact us, book a call, join our waitlist or community, use our free tools, or receive our email and text messages.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, company or firm name, job title, and anything you include in forms, booking requests, waitlist sign-ups, webinar registrations or messages to us.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data collected through cookies, pixels and analytics tools.
Information from service providers. Details from tools we use to run our business, such as our scheduling tool, our CRM and marketing automation platform, and our community platform.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to you and schedule calls; deliver our services, webinars, free tools and community; send service, marketing and event communications you have agreed to receive; understand and improve the Site; prevent fraud and misuse; and meet legal obligations.
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send text messages about appointments, webinars, your inquiry, and marketing offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. We may still send you non-marketing messages about an active engagement, booking or account.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting, scheduling, CRM and marketing automation, email and SMS delivery, analytics, payments and community platforms), under obligations to protect it; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
6. Client data
When we build systems for clients, the automations, contact lists and data live in the client's own accounts. We access that data only to perform services for the client and under the client's instructions. Questions about how a client uses your data should go to that client.
